Everyone has a different reason for seeking coaching. For some, it’s measurable performance in their professional work; for others, a greater alignment between work and life. Whatever your reasons, coaching can be a powerful way to find clarity, seek better outcomes and discover greater satisfaction in your life - both personally and professionally.
COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS
Each year I open up a series of 1:1 coaching partnerships with individuals who are committed to shifting something that will make a profound difference to their lives. Capped at 10 partnerships, I work with individuals via monthly sessions either in person or via teleconference, to map out:
An understanding of your strengths/weaknesses that we can use to help to carve a niche for you to work within
Your individual success ‘Vision’: what does achievement look like to you?
A ‘Success Strengths Map’: what sets you up for success – people, habits and systems.
Who’s on your ‘Board of Advisors’, and wider support team
Which relationships and habits you need to detox
A definition of your new beliefs and habits, and how to embed these in your life
Your 90 day commitment plan: when to say ‘yes!’ and when to respectfully pass
GROUP COACHING - The ‘COURAGE CLUB’
Sometimes we need a bit of extra motivation, strength or belief in ourselves. This often comes from being part of a tribe, with a team of supporters or like-minded people living a life aligned to their purpose and values, and support people around them to do the same.
I run group coaching sessions - The Courage Club - in Drysdale (Geelong) in an intimate group of six, meeting monthly. Together we explore challenges that we all face when living up to our full potential, and seek to emerge with:
A restoration of our true values and purpose
A renewed sense of confidence
Money - to avoid feeling trapped financially
Breaking out of a life based around the needs of everyone around us, with no time for ourselves; feeling limited in our choices and selfish if we put ourselves first
